What materials do you use?
All Mobi Studio & Co pieces are made with natural semi-precious gemstones and high quality findings including gold filled, 18k gold plated PVD stainless steel, and stainless steel. Every piece is handmade in small batches.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! We love bringing custom pieces to life. Reach out through our contact page to start the conversation about your bespoke piece. Custom orders are final sale.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Try to limit exposure to water, perfume, and chlorine and store in a pouch when you're not wearing it. Meant to be durable, treat it well and it will last.

How long does shipping take?
All Mobi Studio & Co pieces are carefully packaged and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Ready to ship items typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has shipped you will receive tracking information when available. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses.

Do you accept returns?
Ready to ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All bespoke and custom pieces are final sale due to their handmade nature.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
