Custom and bespoke orders are final sale once production has begun. Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return according to our refund policy.

Please review all product details, sizing, materials, and care instructions before purchasing. Mobi Studio & Co. is not responsible for normal wear, improper care, or damage after delivery.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item. Once an order has shipped, Mobi Studio & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
