All bespoke and custom jewelry pieces are final sale due to their handmade nature. For ready-to-ship items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
